PLEASE leave a phone # for recipient to avoid delays in deliveries. If no one is available to receive flowers, your recipient will be called/texted, & flowers will be left in a secure location at the delivery location unless otherwise noted in delivery instructions. :)
Deliveries: Timed orders should be placed at least the day prior to delivery. Our smallest timed window is a 2 hour block starting no earlier than 10 AM (Ex: 10AM-12PM, etc.)

We must be contacted within 48 hours if your recipient notices an issue with their flowers for a refund or replacement.
Sub Policy: While care is taken to replicate your image as closely as possible, substitutions may need to be made due to the delicate nature of our medium. Exact shades of color can not always be guaraunteed, but we work hard to maintain color scheme, and when deviating slightly is necessary to maintain the look & value, we work with adding complimentary colors to your piece. If we are out of a certain flower, flowers of equal size, shape and colors are used. If any element of the design is of special importance PLEASE note this in the special/delivery instructions on check out so that we can substitute according to your preferences rather than our own design aesthetics. Oh so soft and divinely delicate, this perfect pastel bouquet is pretty as can be. Delivered in a classic ginger jar, the graceful arrangement of alstroemeria, carnations and stock is a welcome surprise on any occasion.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

We are a very large medical company and had a sudden death in one of our staffs family. We all work remotely in different states. I was tasked with finding the perfect flower arrangement to be sent to our staff's mother's house from her work family. After reading reviews I picked Caldwell Floral. I have ordered a lot of flowers from different companies for our staff over the years and I was so impressed with Caldwell. They show some of their actual arrangements and set your expectations before you order. I was sent my receipt and notified when the flowers were delivered, which is rare. I wish I could order all my future arrangements from Caldwell. If they decide to do overnight cross-country delivery in the future I will be the first to sign up. Thank you Caldwell for being there for our staff during this difficult time. The arrangement brought great joy to her and her family.
