If no one is available to receive flowers, your recipient will be called/texted, & flowers will be left in a secure location unless otherwise noted in delivery instructions. In the event of hot weather, flowers will not be left, but a voicemail/door tag/text will. :)
We must be contacted within 48 hours if your recipient notices an issue with their flowers for a refund or replacement.
Sub Policy: While care is taken to replicate your image as closely as possible, substitutions may need to be made due to the delicate nature of our medium. Exact shades of color can not always be guaraunteed, but we work hard to maintain color scheme, and when deviating slightly is necessary to maintain the look & value, we work with adding complimentary colors to your piece. If we are out of a certain flower, flowers of equal size, shape and colors are used. If any element of the design is of special importance PLEASE note this in the special/delivery instructions on check out so that we can substitute according to your preferences rather than our own design aesthetics. Beautiful bouquet, Mother loved it!! But the pic was deceiving as it wasn’t taken at the delivery site and led us to believe it was delivered at the wrong address. Would order this again as the colors and flowers were spectacular! ---- Florist's Response: Hi There! We are sorry for your confusion. However, Bloomsnaps must be taken at the business prior to delivery. The emails sent do say at the top, that the photos are a preview of your arrangement to be delivered, indicating they have yet to be delivered at the time the photo is sent. Glad you loved them! We love making Mother's Day flowers!

I used this florist in Idaho for a friend that need to know she was being thought of and I am in CA. To be honest I used a very popular online florist and every arrangement I want to send was not available in Caldwell, so I used a local florist. Which I should have done in the first place because I love using private companies. The flowers were delivered even before I thought they would be on the same day (within hours) and they were gorgeous. They brightened up my friends day and put a smile on her face!! I most definitely will use them again!!
