Sub Policy: Substitutions may need to be made due to the delicate nature of our medium. Exact shades of color can not always be guaraunteed, but we work hard to maintain color scheme, and when deviating slightly is necessary to maintain the look & value, we work with adding complimentary colors to your piece.If any element of the design is of special importance PLEASE note this in the delivery instructions on check out so that we can substitute according to your preferences rather than our own design aesthetics. If you have any questions please CALL in the order so we can properly accommodate you! :)

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I think the arrangement and freshness of the flowers was really good, beautiful! But, once the flowers were delivered we noticed some of the flowers had been pinched and some broken at the tips. Not really happy about that because it was an amazing arrangement. My wife was very happy but we did notice those items.

I have never been disappointed in the slightest with the quality, service and pricing. I have been doing business with Caldwell Floral for at least five years, several times a year. I have walked in many times and have been greeted like a friend every time. In store help is like having someone read your mind! I have also ordered online several times without issue.
