Exact shades of color can not always be guaraunteed, but we work hard to maintain color scheme, and when deviating slightly is necessary to maintain the look & value, we work with adding complimentary colors to your piece.If any element of the design is of special importance PLEASE note this in the delivery instructions on check out so that we can substitute according to your preferences rather than our own design aesthetics. This florist was amazing and just what the recipient needed to brighten their day. The order to delivery time was way quicker than I thought it would be, so kudos to a great job. The flowers were for my daughter. I live in Texas. I was looking for something to offer a hug, in my absence. The delivered flowers did just that. My daughter said the flowers were fresh and lovely, and, the jar style vase was just the right “comfy”touch. Thank you, from an appreciative mom.

The designer choice arrangement turned out even better than I expected. So bright and colorful and big. Delivery was earlier than I expected too. So grateful! This is my second time ordering from them and they were top notch both times ?

I was able to order over the internet easily. I requested a photo be sent to me once arrangement was placed on grave. Unfortunately, that photo wasn’t sent so I have no way of confirming that the flowers I ordered were the ones delivered or if they were delivered at all. In the past I received a photo so I am expecting that this time the flowers I ordered were the ones delivered. It’s difficult to find a florist when you are out of state. This florist has always been reliable just order ahead of the date you’d like delivered as they are busy.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
