Exact shades of color can not always be guaraunteed, but we work hard to maintain color scheme, and when deviating slightly is necessary to maintain the look & value, we work with adding complimentary colors to your piece.If any element of the design is of special importance PLEASE note this in the delivery instructions on check out so that we can substitute according to your preferences rather than our own design aesthetics. In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

My 97 yr old mother's birthday was Jan 6, and delivery to Nampa was perfect. Mom was delighted, and the family thought it the most beautiful they'd ever seen, praise that was highly deserved. Its few substitutions due to available flowers kept it as full and lovely as this photo, including two beautiful dark pink star lilies, bright yellow long stemmed cannas, larger orange roses, and additional foliage at the base. We especially wanted this arrangement for the eucalyptus and hydrangea that Mom had loved and remembered so well from California. Thank you, Caldwell Floral!

We upgraded to the premium and it was bright, beautiful and cheery. They did great adding extra flowers than was previewed. This is one of my favorite arrangements because of all the colors
