HOT WEATHER POLICY: When temperatures exceed 80 degrees, your flowers will be damaged if left on porches. Please provide a good phone number for your recipient so we can avoid delays in your flowers arriving with intended recipients during hot weather. If a recipient is not home, a door tag will be left and a voicemail/text left to make further arrangements. If you request flowers left on the porch during hot weather, we reserve the right to make no guarauntees on longevity.

3. Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription Service: Your subscription includes regular flower deliveries as per your chosen plan.
2. Payments: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, as specified during sign-up. All payments must be made in advance of delivery.
3. Modifications: To make changes to your subscription, including pausing or canceling, please call our shop directly.
4. Cancellations: Cancel your subscription anytime by calling our shop. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next scheduled delivery to avoid charges.
5. Delivery: We deliver your flowers as per the subscription schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
6. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for deliveries already made. If unsatisfied with your delivery, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
