PLEASE leave a phone # for recipient to avoid delays in deliveries. If no one is available to receive flowers, your recipient will be called/texted, & flowers will be left in a secure location at the delivery location unless otherwise noted in delivery instructions. :)
Deliveries: Timed orders should be placed at least the day prior to delivery. Our smallest timed window is a 2 hour block starting no earlier than 10 AM (Ex: 10AM-12PM, etc.)
WE MAY BE UNABLE TO ACCOMDATE BEFORE NOON TIMED DELIVERY REQUESTS to locations further out, such as Nampa, Homedale, Middleton, Etc. If you have any questions on deliveries times, please call us at 208-459-0051
We must be contacted within 48 hours if your recipient notices an issue with their flowers for a refund or replacement.
Sub Policy: While care is taken to replicate your image as closely as possible, substitutions may need to be made due to the delicate nature of our medium. Exact shades of color can not always be guaraunteed, but we work hard to maintain color scheme, and when deviating slightly is necessary to maintain the look & value, we work with adding complimentary colors to your piece. If we are out of a certain flower, flowers of equal size, shape and colors are used. If any element of the design is of special importance PLEASE note this in the special/delivery instructions on check out so that we can substitute according to your preferences rather than our own design aesthetics. Designed by one of our local gals, and arriving in a keepsake Teleflora mosaic container, shade of flowers may vary, but will be in the pink/lavendar/red/peach color scheme.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
